Great service center and service advisor I have always used Jackson Acura service center to service my MDX. Quick to get in and out and price appears to be competitive with outside service c I have always used Jackson Acura service center to service my MDX. Quick to get in and out and price appears to be competitive with outside service centers. Nick has always been great to work with and stays in contact while my vehicle is being serviced. Highly recommend. In the past, I had an issue where I requested someone ride with me to hear the problem I was experiencing with my car. A technician rode with me and quickly identified the issue. Timing belt service - awesome! I brought my car in for a timing belt service. I was able to setup my appointment via text message (how convenient!!). When I arrived, someone met I brought my car in for a timing belt service. I was able to setup my appointment via text message (how convenient!!). When I arrived, someone met me outside and directed me to my service rep Nick. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the loaner vehicle I was given! My service did not take as long as expected. Nick was very helpful throughout the process. More
