It’s simple to make appointments, I’m greeted warmly when I arrive, and I feel confident that Nick is looking out for me... and my wallet. The latter has been reinforced even more during my last 2 visits. I walked in “knowing” the brakes would need replacing, because I’ve had to replace them by this mileage with my previous Non-Acura’s. But, both times I was shown that the brakes had many miles to go. I look at that as a compliment to Nick for his honesty and professionalism, and to Acura for a well-built automobile! While the work is being done, I can wait comfortably in the areas for clients. Nick gives me progress updates, and when all is completed, I walk to my freshly washed RDX. I highly recommend the Acura RDX, purchased and serviced at Jackson Acura! More

First of all, Acura built a solid automobile which, being well maintained, has given me years of reliable transportation. Mechanical reliability rates very high with me, and these folks do a great job of maintaining my MDX. Nick Covino, and his associates over the years, have always provided complete, ongoing and expeditious service, with a nice touch of one-on-one friendliness. Their attention to detail is excellent, and their mechanics are top notch. During my last visit, in addition to the maintenance, they even cleaned a winter's worth of grime off the inside of the windshield. Whether it is long drives up and down the east coast, or a day of multiple errands in the local area, thanks to Jackson Acura's service department, I can always "hit the road" in complete confidence. These are good people to deal with, and I recommend them very highly. More
