The right advisor makes all the difference I will admit that I have given mixed reviews on the Jackson Service team and a few weeks back a friend who has used Jackson for many years recommended I will admit that I have given mixed reviews on the Jackson Service team and a few weeks back a friend who has used Jackson for many years recommended that next time I deal with Nick Covino. This week I needed service on my MDX and booked an appointment with Nick and the experience was very positive. Nick was friendly, professional and informative about what the car needed and why. I am much more confident going forward in my dealings with Jackson and would strongly recommend them and in particular Nick Covino. More

100,000 mile maintenance I had a 7am appointment and there was no delay and the loaned car was waiting by the time I signed in. My car was inspected and I as contacted by 9: I had a 7am appointment and there was no delay and the loaned car was waiting by the time I signed in. My car was inspected and I as contacted by 9:30 with the results. Nothing major was recommended. The maintenance that was scheduled was done timely and the car was ready for pick-up by 2. Everything went like clockwork. More

60,000 Mile scheduled service I was in and out within an hour. Great Service! Since purchasing this vehicle in 2015 I have only had the car serviced at Jackson Acura, even though i I was in and out within an hour. Great Service! Since purchasing this vehicle in 2015 I have only had the car serviced at Jackson Acura, even though it involves and hour drive from my home. I highly recommend this dealership for new cars and services. More

Outstanding service each time I come in. Outstanding service each time. The cost was lower than what Nick quoted me which was great.
