Kudos to Uftrings and Nick Cramer! I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wantin I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wanting. We signed papers and it was done and a great experience! However, the next day I had to return the vehicle (Jeep model) to Uftrings because of a recall and no time frame of a fix. Even though we were disappointed, Nick and Ken Miller said they would make sure they would find me the right vehicle and wanted to make me happy. Well, they certainly did - Nick called the day after and said he had found me a GREAT vehicle and wanted to bring it out to my work. He brought it out to me - I absolutely LOVED it and couldn't believe they brought it to me - that is great customer service! The vehicle they found for me was better than the vehicle I thought I had wanted originally. I couldn't of asked to work with nicer, friendlier people. I am recommending Nick Cramer to everyone I know:) More

Annoyed with dealer, satisfied with vehicle. I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I coul I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I could get them down to was $1000 over my budget. The salesman, Nick, was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The sales manager seemed simply unwilling to work with me or budge much at all on price. They fixed a couple of minor issues that I found with the car so I ended up buying it anyway. It's a great car and it sold itself. Still rather annoyed for them for exceeding my budget. More
