I have been buying exclusively from Galaxy Toyota since 2004 and working with Nick C. since 2008. I have bought or leased 10 Toyata’s during that time and recommended numerous family members to buy from Ga 2004 and working with Nick C. since 2008. We had great experiences buying cars at Galaxy Toyota in Eatontown. We were especially pleased with salesman Nick Criscuolo who went above and beyond to help us purchase the exact cars we were looking for. Eatontown. We were especially pleased with salesman Nick Criscuolo who went above and beyond to help us purchase the exact cars we were looking for. He really listened to us and was quick and ready to answer all our questions. He never rushed us, and we never felt any pressure. His knowledge, experience, and expertise were readily apparent. Nick was professional, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. In fact, from our first meeting, Nick felt like an old friend. At one point while we were waiting for a vehicle to be delivered to the dealership, it was damaged at the dock. Sales manager Osvaldo Rosa - (another helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employee at the dealership) interceded. We had such a positive experience purchasing a 2024 Toyota Corolla, three weeks later we went back and bought a Rav 4. We will definitely recommend Galaxy Toyota in Eatontown to anyone looking for a car dealership that focuses on customer satisfaction and provides excellent customer service. In addition, we urge people to request Nick Criscuolo as their salesman. More
