Easy low stress dealer I bought an OUTBACK about 3 weeks ago. It has been a big difference between it and the ford Escape. When I walked in I was met by Sera, I told I was there to speak with John Zonker as I had been dealing with him. He wasn't in yet so Sera took over. The car I came to look at was already sold, it had been three days since John sent me the info. She went thru inventory found a comparable outback. We took it for test drive. Came back and bought it. Sera was great to deal with. She seemed really knowledgeable about most of the things I asked about. I have been back twice now and both times was great. Also in the first three days the safety system saved me once by applying the brakes (a truck pulled out of an alley right in front of me). Has warned me a few times. It also gave the waring two other times when cars were pulling out of alleys. Bad line of sight. More

Just from my initial interaction with him I knew he would be the sales person that I would want to deal with and also send my wife in for a test drive with. He was professional, friendly and zero pressure to buy. My wife also said that he was notably respectful of her and acknowledge that she was the primary person making the car decision. The car purchase process was very straightforward, peninsula Subaru matched another offer on the same car. The price was good and the buying process with the paperwork was streamlined. There were no funny fees or charges which was refreshing from some past experiences. We really enjoyed our buying experience here. Eric More
