I went in to WB about 2 months ago and spoke to Nick Ellis. It was a pretty short conversation bc I had my son in the car, but he did a great job listening to what I wanted and my needs. He stayed in touch with me for the last 2 months over email sending me some trucks I might be interested in. I. Am in earlier this week to test drive one he had transferred for me. Loved the truck! I did a little more research and ended up finding a few more on the lot that fit my needs a little better. End of the story, I love the 2017 Ram I purchased and Nick did a great job with me throughout the process. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the transaction took longer than it should have. They also need a dedicated kids section. Not everyone has a sitter at the drop of a hat. More
