I give Werner Mazda a 2 of 5 because I purchased a used vehicle that has a worn door brake on the driver side. I requested the part from Werner Mazda, within the 90 day warranty, and even offered to instal vehicle that has a worn door brake on the driver side. I requested the part from Werner Mazda, within the 90 day warranty, and even offered to install myself. They refused to provide a replacement (40$ item) - the reason was due to a "highly discounted vehicle", in their words. More

They guided me through completing the entire purchase from the comfort of my home, from loc new CX-5 with everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. Taking possession of the car at the dealership took under an hour and was refreshingly devoid of the pressure and up-selling tactics I have experienced elsewhere. Highly recommended! More
