Rob Hering was great to work with. Friendly, approachable, responsive, and honest. For a future Mazda purchase, I would choose Werner again, and specifically ask for Rob. Overall I was happy with my purchase of my new SUV. I did have to haggle on the trade in of my car but that’s always to be expected at any dealership. In the end I was happy with what I got, the sales manage have to haggle on the trade in of my car but that’s always to be expected at any dealership. In the end I was happy with what I got, the sales manager Nick was ultimately who sealed the deal for me as he was very genuine, nice and was not a pressuring person and ended up giving me what I felt was a fair trade in. Very happy with my new CX-5. More
