Very responsive and friendly. Made an appointment (during Covid times) and the car and sales rep David were ready. David started with a tour of the service dept and was willing to work with us in a variety o Covid times) and the car and sales rep David were ready. David started with a tour of the service dept and was willing to work with us in a variety of ways, neatly facilitating our transaction to our satisfaction. He was also highly knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't their primary brand. It should be noted also that he/they did this in the midst of relocating the dealership as well. Additionally, we noted an issue with the brakes during the test drive and we were assured that they would take care if it. True to their word, the service manager contacted us the next week to schedule service on the problem. I would recommend Werner for any care buying needs. (I would however like to see a bit more Covid-19 precautions being practiced). More

During all this Coronavirus troubles they went up and beyond expectations, Being afraid to bring a 96 year old mom to the dealer, the dealer brought the car to my house for my mom to try and take a test drive. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, courteous, understanding , and made the whole process easy and comfortable. My salesman, Mike Heintz is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about all the different cars, answered any and all questions, makes sure that you understand everything,, returns your calls, very patient , professional, courteous, made the whole process easy and comfortable.
