This was my first time working with Nick, and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for - the first vehicle he brought out is the one I chose. I requested that we not spend hours upon hours negotiating - we only pushed the paper across the desk a couple of times before a deal was made. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had it ready to go in a short amount of time. I'd like to work with him again in the future. However, by the time I return, I'm sure he will already be promoted. Nice work! More

Gates is the Best! Nick Florentino helped me in every possible way in buying my new Nissan Rogue Sport. When I met Nick, I had just been in a car accident, and my old ca Nick Florentino helped me in every possible way in buying my new Nissan Rogue Sport. When I met Nick, I had just been in a car accident, and my old car was totaled. It was completely unexpected, and I was in no mood to buy a new vehicle. Nonetheless, I had to. Nick was quite understanding of my situation, as well as my budget. He first took the time to show me a number of cars, made me a great deal on the Rogue Sport, and I bought it. What impressed me the most: I work overnights and sleep during the day, so Nick stayed late for several nights - way past closing - to help me with everything involved in my purchase. Most people and places have hard cut-offs for their hours, and it often leaves me in a bind with my unusual schedule. I couldn't thank Nick enough. The next time I need to buy a new car, I'll be sure to reach out to Nick to see what Gates has. Also, when I take my Rogue Sport in for maintenance, the service team has been more than professional, prompt, and helpful. I'm glad I went to Gates GMC Buick Nissan. More
