I knew what I wanted, and after calling 2 other dealerships and giving me the Ole come down and see us nonsense, I called Gates. I was very fortunate to get connected and hooked up with Nick Florentino who worked along side with Tom Gates and very simply understood mz situation, listened to what I requested, and worked their magic to find me a brand new truck within my means. It took a little time to complete the transaction doing everything via email, phone, txt you name it we did it. Even with a few additional requests to be added prior to pickup, they made it happen. This is exactly what I needed and to feel during a vehicle purchase. I commend the team from sales rep to management and finance coming together to make this all happen.
