Was just planning to look around, do some research, and get a new ride in a few months but because of Seth and the rest of the amazing team at Muller Was just planning to look around, do some research, and get a new ride in a few months but because of Seth and the rest of the amazing team at Muller Acura, ended up taking delivery of a 2017 NSX in about a week! Seth was incredible from the moment we met, although I just came from the gym and looked liked a punk kid in joggers and slippers, he showed the utmost respect (unlike some other luxury dealerships or salesmen), he patiently answered my questions (I had ALOT), didnt hesitate in letting me sit in the car, and knew his stuff WELL. We kept in touch via text and he would usually respond within minutes which was just awesome. Went back a few days later (btw he came in on his day off just to meet me), once again didnt hesitate in letting me take a test drive, answered more questions, and we sealed the deal. He was patient while i got my finances in order, provided a loaner, sent pictures of my car so i wouldnt worry, and then spent hours with me again at delivery. Honestly, everyone I met was great from the Owner, Finance Manager, GM, Service Techs, etc. All genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was with Lexus for 7 years before this, who are well known for amazing top notch service, so I was nervous about leaving them, but I am now confident that I will continue to get this kind of treatment at Muller Acura! If you are looking for any car, especially a NSX, go see Seth! More

FINAL STOP SHOP I was car shopping for almost 2 weeks. The GM Chris was off the next day and I told them we would come back on Friday when he's in to go over some numbers. We came back in that Friday and once again Seth helped us out. He let us test drive the 2017 MDX again to make sure that's what we wanted. He went beyond and out of his way to get the color & interior we wanted. We talked over some numbers with the GM Chris, put everything together. Patrick then went over all the docs and I signed away and had an awesome experience at this Dealership. We will definitely be back for another vehicle come that time. The complete staff was friendly & outgoing. Seth knows a Acura inside/out. Thank you so much Woodfield Acura!! More

Shop somewhere else!! I did not have a good experience at Mullers Acura. Sleezy sales manager "NICK". I complained to the Muller Group, and they had Nick call me back to ar I did not have a good experience at Mullers Acura. Sleezy sales manager "NICK". Mark in the Service department was nice to deal with, but if you're looking to purchase, go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman shopping alone. More

The sales approach was definitely based on establishing a ongoing relationship with the customer and not just on trying to find out what I would be willing to pay. Great Experience Due to heavy business travel my days were limited when I could go car shopping and so I had to work with difference people at Muller's Woodfield Acura Due to heavy business travel my days were limited when I could go car shopping and so I had to work with difference people at Muller's Woodfield Acura. Both Jeremie Martinez and Barb Krajewski worked with me seamlessly. If there was a commission conflict for the salesperson I never felt it. I did my research and we had a fair and logical progression during our negotiation which was efficient and quick. The usual car dealer game of 'let me see what the manager says' and going back and forth and waiting was entirely avoided. To move it along General Sales Manager Nick Gianacakos came right out to where we were talking to support the rapid closing of the price. I am a second time buyer from this dealer and have been doing my service there for 6 years and am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them. More
