Please, please stay away from these used car flippers. Bought a 12,000 miles used Colorado from Lake Chevy in Milwaukee, they gave me the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, I say "oh well" may be th flippers. Bought a 12,000 miles used Colorado from Lake Chevy in Milwaukee, they gave me the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, I say "oh well" may be they overlooked this but on my way back to NY I noticed the gas tank filler neck pipe was defective because the gas pump nozzle kept clicking off every second at every gas station on all the way to NY. Called the salesman Anthony at no answer, even I texted him a video of the problem and called the general manager and left messages as well, and as we speak they didn’t call me back after 4 days. Tired of waiting for their call, I took the truck to my local Chevy dealer in NY and they replaced the tank filler neck at my expense. Poor customer service and follow up. Poor service department inspection skills that missed this issue, I see why they gave me the truck with a 1/4 of a tank of gas, someone down the line should be accountable for not be able to deliver the truck with a full tank of gas or report the malfunction of the filler neck. Poor core values and sneaky in nature like an average car flippers. No honesty and no integrity whatsoever. Beware : If their lips move, they are lying Please DO NOT buy from Lake Chevrolet, for them the sale ended when I handled the $25,000 check to the financial manager that by the way tried to sell me a crappy $3,000 extended warranty that nobody heard of.. Stay away from this sneaky dealer, they are just flipping used cars to survive Don’t say later you were not warned ! More

They took care of me with no problem. The service writer kept me informed of the progress and promptly let me know when the car was done. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Glen Lewis, he already had written down that I was there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. Also told him I needed wiper blades. He came to tell me when my car was ready and the waiting time was almost exactly what he told me. Everyone there is friendly. Glen is excellent at taking care of me and very good at details.
