They have the worst customer service ! They are rude . The work was great , my car is fine but the people are rude. They didn’t not want to help or even answer any questions. I use to think lake Chevrolet was reputable but the fact is they only care about a sale. My most recent purchase was a nightmare. I didn’t even have it 2 weeks and the motor blows. They give you the run around and tell you they will replace it at my cost. How do you even trust someone to replace your motor if they can’t even inspect them properly.
