Raymond Liang is really a very knowledgeable and charismatic salesperson to deal with. He loves his job and it shows. When we got to the dealership he took us for a test drive of the NX350h and during the test drive he explained alot of the workings of the car. When we decided to purchase the car he made the deal very easy to do and took care of getting us up to speed on everything that we needed to do the deal. When we got to the dealership to pick up our car he sat with us in the car for an inordinate amount of time explaining in great detail the total workings of the car. I have never had a salesperson spend that much time with me teaching me about a car. The finance guy Rich Velija was a real gentleman. We really didn't feel any pressure when he explained the different maintenance and extended warranty options to us that were available for purchase. He helped us get a better loan percentage thru Lexus Finance than we had gotten thru another bank. We also had a chance to meet Nick Hernandez; a sales manager there who was a pleasure to talk to. All in all I think this was one of the most enjoyable times we've had in purchasing a car. More

Actually, I think they would treat their customers better than how we have been treated. I found my sister in-law a car she wanted, a 2024 TX350 with 7k miles. I called the dealer and spoke to Rainier Nicolas and everything was smooth until it wasn't. After our first conversation it took 3 tries to reach Rainer again. His voice mailbox was full so leaving a voicemail wasn't an option. I told Rainier we are more than 2 hours away so Rainier offered to walk the vehicle for us. Rainier walked around the entire vehicle and informed us that he found no blemishes or imperfections. We then submitted a credit application and waited, then we waited some more. Then we were asked to wait till the following day which was understandable because the business day was coming to a close. The morning after we had to call twice, they said they have no idea what we were talking about. They weren't able to find the credit application... fast forward 4 hours later we were there in person. They pulled the car up and the hood was covered with rock chips. We did as anyone would and asked if there was something they are willing to do about it because we were promised a car with no blemishes or imperfections. The sales person came back and we were told that the car was SOLD??? AND THENNNNN the old bait and switch... Oh here is a blue one even though you wanted white. It has less miles and it's only $500 more. I was livid!!! I had my Fiancée call the dealership and gave them the stock number and guess what? They informed her that the vehicle was still AVAILABLE. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You will live much longer and happier without the stress and aggravation this dealership has caused us. More

I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the conc business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the concept phase (Lexus TX), and I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle once it was released in production. I wanted a dealer contact to try to gain as much information as possible about the vehicle, and when it would be released, and he did an excellent job of getting me information with no guarantee that he would be making a sale again given that this vehicle was still a concept. Even after the vehicle came out, I extended my current lease, but still had thoughts of getting the TX. Raymond respectfully kept in contact, not in a pushy way, and eventually I was able to make a great deal with him. He didn’t work hard to force-sell me the car, he worked hard to inform me about the car, and get me a great deal, which is something I really appreciate from a salesman and what is ultimately what won my business. Highly recommended gentleman and dealership. More

I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 deale Manhattan. I have to say my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 dealer locations in the NYC area. The people and service at Lexus was hands down the best experience. The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into. My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way. I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service. I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening. Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out. When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.
