I purchased a SUV in 2020. Kevin was the first sale took care of us when we first visited. But he learned that we didn't do good research and tried to take advantage of us in Kevin was the first sale took care of us when we first visited. But he learned that we didn't do good research and tried to take advantage of us in a bad way. For a car with MSRP 50000, he gave me an estimate of OTD of 60000 (this was before covid). He was not patient and didn't want to offer us with test drive. Finally, we got the car from Ari, with far below MSRP price with good experience. Stay away with Kevin! More

Each time he has done done everything to keep a new car buyer like me feel welcomed and like I am not wasting my t Yu. Once in 2019 and once today. Lexus of Manhattan itself recently moved, the new location is incredibly luxurious, albeit a bit nerve wracking to drive up to. Mr. Yu himself is everything that defines Lexus; professional, reliable, and courteous. I would recommend anyone looking for a Lexus in the NY Tri-State area to ask for Mr. Yu. More
