I recently purchased a BMW Coupe for Greater Chicago Motors, and I was blown away!! Had a wonderful experience dealing with Nick, Barry, and some of the guys in the accompanying repair shop. Straight shooters and upfront with the price they're willing to accept and the price you can expect some of the guys in the accompanying repair shop. After purchasing the car I noticed a mirror switch which was not working correctly and they immediately provided an IOU on the switch and replaced it a few days later at no charge. Very professional! There was not a single hiccup at any step of the transaction! This was a used vehicle and there were a few minor items that needed to be fixed after the sale. When the parts came in, they were installed very quickly to my complete satisfaction. That totally blew me away, I wasn't expecting the speed or the customer satisfaction after the sale! I don't see how you could go wrong buying a car from Greater Chicago Motors and from Nick especially. Great job GCM, Great job Nick! More
