Having worked with other dealers who were pushy and aggressive, this was definitely a refreshing experience. Not only are the folks at Greater Chicago Motors nice people, but they have great prices. I shopped around a fair amount before buying my car from them and they had the most competitive prices. More

About 4 months ago, I decided I wanted to trade in my Audi and the vehicle I set my sites on was a Ranger Rover Sport. Being from the Canton OH area, I of course started my search here. I soon realized that used Range Rovers are very hard to find. I found a dealership in Canton that had my car! The price just wasn't right and the miles were a little too high. So I did what any determined buyer would do and broadened my search. I instantly found Greater Chicago Motors with my online search - due to their large selection of vehicles - all priced to sell. In addition, they had 40+ pictures of the vehicle posted so I really knew what I was getting shopping online. I worked with Casey & Nick and the service was wonderful. Nick put the details together the same day we chatted and by that very afternoon had presented me with a proposal to purchase my Audi and sell me the Range Rover. The offer was extremely fair. The vehicle was delivered to me in Indiana by Jose, who was also very courteous and professional. These three guys went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to me - polished up (okay a few rain drops), very quickly, and a great deal. Very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism. I would hands down recommend working with this dealership and will do so again in the future. More

When I visited Chicago Greater Motors to test an Audi, Casey was extremely helpful and friendly. These guys make you feel like family. I recently purchase a used car from Greater Chicago Motors. They have a nice inventory of luxury/ sport cars, only place in the city like this. Most of the cars are kept in a heated showroom and look to be professional detail as well. They offered me a very fair price on my trade, but I did pay up a bit on their car. I worked with Nick who was a very nice guy, gave me great customer service, and respond quickly to my emails. Found a car online and called to see if it was available. I have bought cars online before and have had very good and very bad expierences. So i know what to look for. Well the photos he sent me were just as good as the ones online after I tried to get a discount (already knew they werent going to budge but I still had to try as a customer) Casey got on the phone and explained the process and more importantly truly put the final touch on making me feel comfortbale. The car showed up in jsut a fews which surprised me since most times I waited a few weeks to get my car. Everything went as promised and I was happy from A-Z. I read some of the reviews and being in sales myself I know you can not make everyone happy so I made my choice based on how I felt and it paid off. Thanks again Nick for getting me the car I wanted and let Casey know he did a great job seeing the process throught. I will be back and def send some bsuiness your guys way!
