I had inquired on their website about a pre-owned truck. I got a generic reply text/email right away that was helpful, then Julio called me immediately after to touch base. We test drove the next day, and things went great! The process and paperwork went good, and finance guys helpful. Worth noting, their prices were more competitive than what we were looking at here in Salem! More
