The financial part of the transaction went well. The car was delivered to me with warning at the panel that the battery needs to be replaced and car needs to be serviced. I was very lucky to find a 2023 Tacoma as end of model year selection was very low. Bought the truck over the phone and the dealer had all the paperwork ready to be signed. The salesman was wonderful. The delivery took too long. The truck was in good condition except for apparently undetected crack in windshield and no key fob. The sales experience with Nick was great. It was for a vehicle that was coming in. He kept us appraised of it's arrival weekly until it arrived. The only difficulty was with the finance of It was for a vehicle that was coming in. He kept us appraised of it's arrival weekly until it arrived. The only difficulty was with the finance office figuring out the lease. We were there for 4 hours total. This was not what was expected as the deal was in place, they knew what time we were coming in to sign, and that's when they started working on it. I would not want to go through that experience with finance again. More
