It is no mystery why his name was on the door for “Employee of the Month” when I first came in. He is kind, caring, funny, and knowledgeable on product at both Gateway dealerships. He carefully listened to all of my needs and then compared and contrasted the possible choices. I needed a larger vehicle (narrowed down to three brands) for a growing family, something with a hitch, an edgy look; while staying within my price point! Tim and the finance team put me in a gorgeous Nissan Titan that was within my budget. Tim was very thorough on the final walk through and various features. The experience was easy and enjoyable thanks to Tim and the Finance Team. Today, I feel like I was valued and received a fair deal. This was the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Gateway.
