I was allowed plenty of time to drive around many different vehicles ( by myself) to find the model I felt most comfortable with. (Not to mention this all occurred during frigid temps and tons of snow, which meant he had to go out and clean off many cars for me!) I had found a used vehicle online that brought me to Gateway. When I went to look at it the vehicle had been sold minutes before. I met Lana Christensen who did an awesome job finding the perfect vehicle. We bought a used Chevy Traverse that had every feature I wanted for my family and was below our price limit. I am grateful that Lana took such good care of us. Jeff the finance manager got us an awesome financing option that fit in our budget perfectly. I will be looking to upgrade my wife’s vehicle next year and plan to go back to Gateway. Thank you! More

My only reservation through the whole process was the upsell from finance at the end for the Resist-all package. I opted in because of my young kids and two large dogs occupying the vehicle for some extended travel plans. Could be helpful insurance over the next few years but we will see. My bad for being at the dealership with 3 kids, but I wish they wouldn’t play the game of springing more on you at the last second once you’ve been waiting around for almost two hours. More

We felt the buying process was easy & they explained things well & also helped us with figuring out all the new 'bells & whistles' in the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate that we were not familiar with. All of this came during a Winter Blast over a period of time & we had to keep postponing coming to finalize the purchase of the SUV since we lived two hours away. When a break in the weather came, everything was ready to go & we finalized things & were able to head back home with our 'new' car in a relatively short period of time. We never felt rushed & they answered all of our questions & had all the answers. We have no hesitation about returning to Gateway when the time comes to purchase another car. Good job, guys!
