As I am a single father who had to bring his Father and Daughter with to the appointment, it was wonderful that while we had the usual delays in the process while waiting for financing to resolve, Tim kept helped to keep my daughter and father from getting bored. A no pressure sale process that helped me feel like I was buying from a friend, rather than someone I had just met. The online pricing on the Gateway Hyundai site was spot on, and the car even more impressive in person than the research I had completed. More
