I worked with Jeff in sales and we exchanged emails and phone calls for quite a bit of time before the sale going over questions I had, specifications I was wanting and just random things that came up. Jeff was always attentive, responsive, and thorough with his information, never once trying to push me into a direction or price range I wasn't comfortable with. When it came time for the sale, Nick and Corey really worked with me about a price point and a solid trade-in value as well as expediting the process. Ryan in Finance was straight forward with the numbers and was able to get me a great rate and monthly payment. As I am a single father who had to bring his Father and Daughter with to the appointment, it was wonderful that while we had the usual delays in the process while waiting for financing to resolve, Tim kept helped to keep my daughter and father from getting bored. A no pressure sale process that helped me feel like I was buying from a friend, rather than someone I had just met. The online pricing on the Gateway Hyundai site was spot on, and the car even more impressive in person than the research I had completed. More
