We couldn't decide which model to buy at the beginning, so Nick s Thanks to Mr. Nick Makrakis, we had a fantastic shopping experience for our new car. We couldn't decide which model to buy at the beginning, so Nick spent time test drive all candidates with us, and explain the detailed features of each individual model. During the decision making process, whenever we had questions about the car, Nick helped us out or consulted the technicians to provide precise answers for us. Finance manager Renee also provided excellent service, she not only helped us shop around the loan, but also explained several additional packages. Our overall experience at Northside Lexus was excellent, and highly recommend. More

I found Nick Makrakis reviewed very well and just cold called him. He is a busy and popular salesman (you'll find out why when you deal with him), but found all the time we needed to complete our purchase. Nick was a consummate gentleman and I would rate him as the all-time best car salesman I have ever dealt with. The purchase process was as smooth as glass and it was the most flawless purchase through finance (doc signing, we did not get a loan) we have ever experienced. I highly recommend Northside, Nick Makrakis and Lexus. More
