The price was good on the car. I called the dealership from four hours away and was able to basically buy the car over the phone. I do feel that I was at a disadvantage in terms of I called the dealership from four hours away and was able to basically buy the car over the phone. I do feel that I was at a disadvantage in terms of negotiating power in doing that and because I had purchased the car, they took advantage of my trade-in. The fees were a little high nothing was negotiable and I walked away with much higher out the door cost than I would’ve expected. They do not offer any return policy or delivery service so I had to drive four hours to drop off my trade-in to find out that it was worth them $2500 then Kelley Blue Book trade-in said it was worth. But all in all I got the car that I wanted and the sales person was extremely nice. More

All staff members were so kind and helpful. I didn't have an appointment and had never been there before and they were still able to find time to fix our issue. I bought the car used from another dealership that was not a Volkswagon dealer so I needed to find one. Well needless to say I found an amazing one! More
