As we were enjoying the coffee and doughnuts, we were approached by Nick Minner with an offer to trade our 2018 Kona with a 2020 model. We decided to explore this and were pleasantly surprised with the low pressure approach. We also met with Rocky DeLeon in sales. Nick listened to our wants and needs and after a test drive, we agreed on a price and ended up with a 2020 Ioniq.
