The reason I came in was an oil change. Excellent customer service! Very professional, kept me up to date on progress.. Now, while waiting for the vehicle, a sales person came by to discuss a oppor customer service! Very professional, kept me up to date on progress.. Now, while waiting for the vehicle, a sales person came by to discuss a opportunity to purchase a vehicle.. all was good until later, when he spoke with my husband about the new car... after the back and forth negotiation, the unprofessionalism came out from your sales person! He made a wonderful experience with your company to a disaster. Now the vehicle I am interested in purchasing, won’t occur. We will return to Honda to buy. I am sorry to say, I won’t be returning. Apparently, Treating customers with professionalism is not a priority with your sales department! Your repair department, however, is Excellent! More

Brought our Kona in for scheduled maintenance.Upon arrival we received a very friendly greeting from the gentleman in the driveway. I'm sorry I don't know his name. Excellent processing by Shannon in Service had our paperwork in short order. As we were enjoying the coffee and doughnuts, we were approached by Nick Minner with an offer to trade our 2018 Kona with a 2020 model. We decided to explore this and were pleasantly surprised with the low pressure approach. We also met with Rocky DeLeon in sales. Nick listened to our wants and needs and after a test drive, we agreed on a price and ended up with a 2020 Ioniq. Thomas in finance completed the transaction in short order. 5 stars for everyone involved. More
