This was overall a pleasant and easy transaction. One suggestion would be my first point of contact, which was Emily. I don’t think she is a good first impression of the dealership. The clerk called and I could tell from the conversation a comment was made about me. The clerk said Emily was busy. I was then directed to Bob and Nick. Emily never once came over. The initial emails with her made me seek out other dealers. If Bob hadn’t called me personally I would have gone to another dealer. Emily dramatically changed after Bob got involved. More

Lots of car salesman will chat your head off and pretend to be your friend, but Nick doesn’t need to, because he’s a good guy with good skills and an understanding of what people want - simplicity and honesty. Would recommend Nick to anybody, particularly somebody with buyer’s fatigue trying out different cars and dealerships.
