Bought 2017 truck with 3500 miles We had this truck for 4 days and I saw what looked to be a PDR (paintless dent repair) in the drivers bedside near the tail light. I called Zeck Ford We had this truck for 4 days and I saw what looked to be a PDR (paintless dent repair) in the drivers bedside near the tail light. I called Zeck Ford and salesman told me to bring truck in so they could look at it. They told me that it wasn’t a reported accident so that is why it wasn’t on the car fax. There final answer to me was that I bought a “used” vehicle. Had I known this damage was there I would have never bought this truck. We would have continued our search elsewhere. I even stated to the salesman that I was looking for something like new that would last me 10-15 years. I would never recommend Zeck Ford to anyone. More

Treated as friends rather than just another customer We just bought a 2011 Ford F-150 and we worked with Shawn and Hunter as our salesmen and Nick. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the entire process. They were patient with us and were thorough during every aspect. They made us feel like friends instead of just another customer. I highly recommend them, if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. Nick was there to explain different things that were a little confusing. He, as well, treated us as a friend rather than another customer. At no point did we feel pressured, as we would have at another dealership, nor did we feel judged for any reason. The three guys were a pleasure to work with and we will be back in the future when ready to purchase another vehicle! The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars is because we had gotten preapproval before walking in there to purchase. Our financial institution is in a "cuddle" program with Zeck Ford, so we did not hand carry our paperwork with us because we were told it could be pulled up. This ended up not being the case. Whatever was supposedly pulled from the "cuddle" did not match what we had gotten from our financial institution. Therefore, we had to wait and come back a couple days later after we got everything figured out and hand carried our paperwork in there with us the day we finally purchased the truck. My advise is... if you finance before walking in the door at Zeck Ford, make sure you have the paperwork in hand. This has absolutely nothing to do with the salesmen, this would be responsibility of the finance guys in the back. Thank you Shawn, Hunter and Nick for a wonderful experience! We will be back to see y'all! More

Glad to have found Zeck Ford I absolutely despise(d) buying vehicles and typically leave the whole process to my husband. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience, from the moment I walked in the door (which was a very relaxed, non-stuffy atmosphere) to driving my new car out of the dealership lot. They fall short So let me say that the experience started strong, they were eager to assist and get me in a car, but when the financing became difficult, they were st So let me say that the experience started strong, they were eager to assist and get me in a car, but when the financing became difficult, they were still persistent. Finally found me a "great" car, but upon test drive, I fell in love, only to have a few issues that I wanted addressed. I was promised those would be fixed after purchase. It took three sets of finance papers, yet no one can really explain why. Two service trips and a hot mess later, and I finally have my car and the title. Their follow through falls short. Once they have signed papers and the car is out of their hands, they really are checked out and don't seem to car. For example, upon getting my car back from service the first time, my car was making more awful noises than when I took it in the first time. I called in and was told that since my car was still under warranty from Kia, that it would be better to take it to Kia, and they expenses would be paid for repairs. After a few days passed, I called Kia to see what the progress was since I had not heard anything from Zeck. Kia informed me that they didn't even have my car and the appointment was missed with no communication from the dealer. This was a huge let down... When you are told something, you expect that to be the solution until told otherwise. I was told one thing, and another thing was being done. I feel like they have done nothing by lie and fabricate stories to make me feel better. Needless to say, I would not recommend. I have title in hand and a hopefully fully fixed car, so I make plans to move my future needs to a dealership who can follow through and not just sell. Customer service is crucial, and they have missed the mark. More
