Much different than purchasing my 56 Ford in 1964. That was 1 hr. with the salesman and 1/2 hr. with the banker 2 blocks down the street for a $475. loan. Rick, Nick, and John, great job guys! More

She demonstrated from the time of discussing my trade in to the time of me walking out with the keys to my new car that Zeck Ford still maintains quality personnel and exceptional service. From finance to service and all departments in between there was not one person that did not try to help. We chose Zeck Ford in Kansas primarily because they had the best prices in the tri-state area. We will no doubt be return customers, however, because of the amazing customer service we received. After our purchase there was a slight mix up with the address to where our paperwork was to be sent. I called the salesman Darius Mathis---and he handled it like a pro--while on his honeymoon! He apologized and within 5 minutes I received a call from Nick Nava, one of the managers at Zeck. The next morning I received an email that the paperwork had been sent express overnight delivery. When we explained our situation to them they tried to help us find a reasonable solution without allot of high pressure. They thought they did not have a car in our price range but the sales professional and manager took the extra effort to check the recent trade-ins. They did find a very clean trade-in that saved us allot of money. The environment was casual and low key. The paperwork process took longer than expected but they were busy that day. The music in the sales area was a little annoying, we asked them to turn it down and they did. We are very happy with our purchase. More
