Nicole called me back within an hour to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive there was no pressure to buy, which I greatly appreciated. I came back several days later to finish the purchase and they were ready for me when I arrived (paperwork and truck)...I was in and out in no time. I arrived about an hour earlier then I was supposed to and Hunter was with other customers but instead of making me wait he set me up with Melissa Thomas. She was very helpful. She helped me pick out a new truck and was quick to bring a slight problem to light with management and got the problem fixed. Quick internet response time. My contact with Nicole started online. Her response was fast, informative, and accurate. I did get a general email from the dealership asking for information about my trade in with implication that I would be given a price range for my car. I sent back the information but did not receive any reply to that email. The dealership is well located, employees seem happy to work there, and eager to please and answer any questions. Everyone I worked with was a pleasure to deal with. There were some wait periods which made the whole process take a bit longer than I expected, but it was a Saturday and very busy. My time was spent primarily with Hunter Martin and I appreciate his attitude and recommend him to anyone looking for a good sales associate. More

Mark Atkinson from Zeck Ford is not one of those salesmen; he is a down to earth, honest type of dude. Mark is not a pushy salesman, he moves at the buyers pace and that made me way more comfortable working with him. Sales Manager Nick Nava was awesome to work with too, not only was he honest, he helped me save money by educating me on some financial aspects when trading in a vehicle. Zeck Ford is doing it right and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I talk to when discussing purchasing a vehicle. Awesome customer service I contacted Nicole late morning about a vehicle I was interested in, she got right back to me!! She was busy when I arrived but Nick got the vehicle s I contacted Nicole late morning about a vehicle I was interested in, she got right back to me!! She was busy when I arrived but Nick got the vehicle so I could look at it while waiting for Nicole. The whole place was crazy busy but they all took very good care of me.
