Never purchased a vehicle from here before. Didn't know what to expect. Went in for a specific vehicle they had on the lot. Nick Nichols and Steve Stepanek were awesome to work with. my daughter bought her first vehicle from this dealership in August. The sales process was quick and efficient but what came next was the issue. The vehicle stalled on her as she drove it off the lot. They h in August. The sales process was quick and efficient but what came next was the issue. The vehicle stalled on her as she drove it off the lot. They had it for 2 weeks and finally determined that nothing was wrong with it. 3 weeks later she is driving the car on the highway and the same thing happens. They come get the vehicle and determine that it needs a whole new engine. They had the vehicle for another 2 months. We had to call for updates every few weeks. Meanwhile my daughter has made 3 car payments and has had the car for about 3 weeks total! We go to pick the car up and there is no gas and she gets no apology for the delay or even the fact that they missed the issue the first time they had it. I will never visit this dealership again. More
