Description for vehicle said no accidents and no damage. When I got to the dealership, an entire front panel on drivers side by headlight, about a 12x8 section, was missing paint. Tailgate had a ding and a 7 inch scratch coming off the ding. I didn’t look further at the truck. That was enough damage for me. More

Katie was very helpful finding a way for us to test-drive a manual Crosstrek. We would definitely work with her in the future. Pretty bad experience .. Took way too long , I felt mislead , I thought all issues were resolved until I drove the car home and the check engine light came on ..
