This is the second trade in we have done with Nick Nowak. Went in to buy a 2014 Durango on Saturday 11/16/13, ended up loving a 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Sport 4x4, purchased it that night with the help of a Great sales manager Nick Nowak. Saturday night after we got home with our new truck we realized a big error in the purchase that would not allow us to use the vehicle for what it was bought for, Towing a travel trailer. immediately I contacted Nick and he assured us we could fix the error one way or another, This morning first thing Nick contacted us with a New truck deal ready to go. But another issue arose, My wife and I both worked until 5pm and could not make it back before he left for the day, so he volunteered to have the truck delivered to my wife's work and swap out the previous truck.
