Went in to buy a 2014 Durango on Saturday 11/16/13, ended up loving a 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Sport 4x4, purchased it that night with the help of a Great sales manager Nick Nowak. Saturday night after we got home with our new truck we realized a big error in the purchase that would not allow us to use the vehicle for what it was bought for, Towing a travel trailer. immediately I contacted Nick and he assured us we could fix the error one way or another, This morning first thing Nick contacted us with a New truck deal ready to go. But another issue arose, My wife and I both worked until 5pm and could not make it back before he left for the day, so he volunteered to have the truck delivered to my wife's work and swap out the previous truck. My name is Maggie and I just turned 22 years old. I recently purchased my first new car from Bettenhausen Dodge. I was very nervous about getting taken advantage of and talked into a car I didn't want recently purchased my first new car from Bettenhausen Dodge. Nick Pattenaude gave me a couple minutes to check some cars in the showroom and he started explaining the choices I had. He was very calm and friendly, so it was easy to learn about the car. I needed to know a little more and decied to take a test drive. Scott Abramowicz helped me with searching for cars on the lot. Scott was also very calm and answered all my questions! Scott made the choices very clear for me. I was not car savvy when I walked in, but the experience of the employees was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The process of actually buying the vehicle was made very easy too! Scott had a wonderful office that made me see what a wonderful guy he was and what a beatuful family he had! Scott made the different choices for financing very clear and evern wrote up different scenarios depending on what I wanted to do. It was a wonderful experience at Bettenhausen. It turned out to be an extremely exciting experience as well. Oh! and the best part was the cookout Bettenhausen has every Saturday! It was so nice to be able to eat, since we were there for so long. I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Bettenhausen for anybody with car needs. More
