Purchased a used vehicle. Flew from Atlanta to Chicago...where the Bettenhausen driver picked me up at 7am...right on time...and delivered me to the dealership (even stopped and bought me a Starbu Chicago...where the Bettenhausen driver picked me up at 7am...right on time...and delivered me to the dealership (even stopped and bought me a Starbuck's on the way). Nick met me at the shuttle...walked me through the process...and had me on the road quickly. I drove the car from Chicago to Atlanta that day...and a week later I am still smiling. very nice facility...very nice people...very helpful staff. Thanks a lot ! More

I have never had a better car buying experience. Nick Pattenaude was professional and friendly. He had all the paperwork ready for me when I returned to pick up my car. It took no longer than 20 minutes to make the final purchase and that was only because I have a hyphenated name and it is a long one to sign! My experience was so pleasant that it didn't even feel like I was buying a car. Usually its a 5 hour ordeal. I have already recommended Nick to co-workers and friends that are in the market for a new car. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be using him again in the future. More
