While post-sale communication could have been better (the dealership misplaced the second key, requiring a replacement), both the salesman and the dealership honored their word and resolved the issue. Overall, this was probably the most positive and seamless car-buying experience I’ve had—and I’ve been through nearly 20 transactions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership or to do business with them again.

Shortly after leaving this review I was finally contacted by my salesman. There seems to have been a few breakdowns in communication (lack of salesman response, two sales managers: Sean (apparently no longer employed by you) and who’s name I failed to get and from the Nissan service department). Once I have picked up the key from Nissan I will update this review accordingly. Thank you for your prompt response.

NICK SOLD ME A KAI SOUL S FOR OVER $26,000.WHEREAS ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE, THIS VEHICLE COST $22,900. THE VEHICLE PRICE THAT QUOTED TO ME WAS 20,000, AND MY TRADING IN VEHICLE FOR FOR $8500.00, LEAVING ME A BALANCE OF $14,500.
THEY FORTIFIED MY DOCUMENTS WHICH SHOWS AT THE TOP OF MY CONTACTS OVER SHOWS OVER $26,000.
THEY COME WITH ALL KIND OF EXCUSES, SUCH AS, THE REASON THAT THE COST ON THE TOP LINE OF CONTRACT SHOWS OVER $2600,00 IS BECAUSE OF THE AMENITIES BEING, WHEREAS I KNOW THAT THE AMENITIES IS ADDED BELOW THE TOTAL OF THE VEHICLE.

I originally brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I will be there tomorrow to pick it up and drop off the new car. I will need my tag transferred back to my car and I hope all of this is accomplished by the time I get there tomorrow.
