When I went to the dealership, we talked and he told me that the 2015 and 2014 models were essentially the same, except for the price (2014 was cheaper). So I took the 2014 model for a spin and it felt great. Unfortunately, the only model they had, had some additional options I didn't want. That's why I knocked a star off the price. I didn't exactly want to pay an additional $1000 for options I didn't want included. But they were already installed on the car so I ended up just taking them. I got great financing thanks to the deal they had going on and Nick was great at helping through the whole process. More

Valley Honda was recommended by a friend who has purchased vehicles from them in the past. I've always owned a Chevy or Ford so this was different for me buying a Honda. I didn't have an associate in mind when I walked in, but I'm happy with the service Nick gave. At a few other dealers, the sales team were on me as soon as I got out of my car, making me feel pressured right off the bat. Valley let me kick some tires before asking of any assistance. The no-pressure feeling helps a lot with the process. Nick was very straight-forward and honest with any questions or concerns I had. If there was a question or problem he couldn't answer, which was rarely, he took care of it right away. He went out of his way to make sure I received any information I needed and is very knowledgeable with his job! Nick never showed any frustration with me, with all the questions and issues I had about the car. He remained very patient and professional throughout the whole way! I even texted him with questions a couple times, before and after the purchase, and he responded almost immediately. I also worked with Tommy Mimbs, who like Nick, went out of his way to finding the best option for me. I'm pleased I got to work with both of them, as they seem to have a direct interest of what you're specifically looking for. I only gave a 4-star on price, because I chose an extended warranty, and I thought that price could have been a little more reasonable. I do understand that Honda cars notoriously last longer than most, thus creating the shorter warranty with years and miles compared to other options I was looking in to. However, with the price we negotiated on the car, along with the great service, this is not much of an issue. I highly suggest seeing Nick if you're in the market for a car and looking at Valley Honda! More

I still remember the stress of buying my first car three years ago elsewhere, and with this most recent experience, I was as comfortable as I am when swiping my credit card at Jewel. I had no hesitations, and not only left with a great car, but felt that I was well taken care of. I felt like Nick was working with me to get me just what I needed. He is very personable, genuine, and you feel like he truly cares about getting you exactly what you want and need. Valley Honda - We are home again ! My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from that OTHER dealership. We went back to look at Honda's there, and they would not even give us the time of Day. (BIG MISTAKE). So my wife drove to Valley Honda, walked in and looked into a 2014 CRV. After a few minutes, a gentleman approached her and asked if she had any questions. He said that she should take her time, and see him with any further questions about the CRV. That man was Nick Poole. After ten minutes my wife asked Nick questions in rapid fire. Nick accepted each question, and answered every one of them. He then took us on a test drive, and getting back in the Honda was like going home after a long tour of duty. Everything in the vehicle was right where it was suppose to be, and seat felt like sitting in your favorite chair. Nick took us through the entire dealership. Showed us their inventory, service shop, parts department, and waiting area. The whole building is so clean, you could eat dinner in the service department. Upon our return to the showroom we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt, and then the Owner of the dealership, Bob. On the night we picked the vehicle, General Manager, Don introduced himself to my wife, gave her his card and told her she could call him anytime with any question she may have in the future. It was easy to see why everyone in this dealership is professional. You are truly back home when you walk into Valley Honda. Needless to say we took home a Honda again.
