Nick Poole is a Great Person and Salesmen. Buying my new Honda from Nick was They Best Experience I have ever had buying a new car. He never pressured us or tried to talk us into buying a car. I have always Hated buying a new car because of way car sales people were. Nick was only interested in what we were looking for and how he could make us happy. I have never worked with a car salesman who cared about me, The Customer. I can tell Nick loves working with people and enjoys what he is doing for Valley Honda. They should be verry happy they have him as an employee. More

Nick Poole Is The MAN I can't express my thanks enough to Nick for his interest in me as a customer as well as his patience with me during the negotiation process. Nick kne I can't express my thanks enough to Nick for his interest in me as a customer as well as his patience with me during the negotiation process. Nick knew his stuff and was very friendly. No pressure at all during the entire sale. He worked to get what we needed, not what he wanted to sell. One major highlight is how he sat in my new Civic with me to go over all the features and explain how all functions work in the vehicle. He spent a great amount of time with me trying to get a feature set up on my phone to link to the Civic. He made sure my needs were met before moving on to someone else when most salespersons would rush me out to move on to their next sale! Nick is the man. See him for your new car purchase. It's that easy. More

Nick Poole and the Honda team #1 It all started a year ago when my wife bought her 2014 Odyssey. The way they treated her from start to finish and even now really impressed me. So when I was ready for a new vehicle I went to see what they had. Nick Poole worked with me online was very knowledgeable and professional. I came in to look at some cars and he was happy to see me there and had all the information at hand from what we discussed over the web. His customer service along with the whole team sealed the deal for me. Not only the customer service and price but bow easy and seem less the process was made me change from a Chevy guy to Honda for life. I will be back for my new Honda along with my wife in 5 years. Great service! Very friendly! I first talked to Nick over the phone after requesting a quote online for a White 2015 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L. He gave me a good price for it and sai I first talked to Nick over the phone after requesting a quote online for a White 2015 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L. He gave me a good price for it and said they had one in stock. When I went to the dealership, we talked and he told me that the 2015 and 2014 models were essentially the same, except for the price (2014 was cheaper). So I took the 2014 model for a spin and it felt great. Unfortunately, the only model they had, had some additional options I didn't want. That's why I knocked a star off the price. I didn't exactly want to pay an additional $1000 for options I didn't want included. But they were already installed on the car so I ended up just taking them. I got great financing thanks to the deal they had going on and Nick was great at helping through the whole process. More

Smooth car-buying experience! I recently purchased a 2014 Pilot and the process was relatively smooth and satisfying. Valley Honda was recommended by a friend who has purchased vehicles from them in the past. I've always owned a Chevy or Ford so this was different for me buying a Honda. I didn't have an associate in mind when I walked in, but I'm happy with the service Nick gave. At a few other dealers, the sales team were on me as soon as I got out of my car, making me feel pressured right off the bat. Valley let me kick some tires before asking of any assistance. The no-pressure feeling helps a lot with the process. Nick was very straight-forward and honest with any questions or concerns I had. If there was a question or problem he couldn't answer, which was rarely, he took care of it right away. He went out of his way to make sure I received any information I needed and is very knowledgeable with his job! Nick never showed any frustration with me, with all the questions and issues I had about the car. He remained very patient and professional throughout the whole way! I even texted him with questions a couple times, before and after the purchase, and he responded almost immediately. I also worked with Tommy Mimbs, who like Nick, went out of his way to finding the best option for me. I'm pleased I got to work with both of them, as they seem to have a direct interest of what you're specifically looking for. I only gave a 4-star on price, because I chose an extended warranty, and I thought that price could have been a little more reasonable. I do understand that Honda cars notoriously last longer than most, thus creating the shorter warranty with years and miles compared to other options I was looking in to. However, with the price we negotiated on the car, along with the great service, this is not much of an issue. I highly suggest seeing Nick if you're in the market for a car and looking at Valley Honda! More

I still remember the stress of buying my first car three years ago elsewhere, and with this most recent experience, I was as comfortable as I am when swiping my credit card at Jewel. I had no hesitations, and not only left with a great car, but felt that I was well taken care of. I felt like Nick was working with me to get me just what I needed. He is very personable, genuine, and you feel like he truly cares about getting you exactly what you want and need. Nick took the time to show me how everything worked, and I never felt rushed, although I am sure he was anxious to get out of work on a Saturday night! Thank you Nick! I will definitely return to Valley Honda! More
