I’ve been looking at Mustangs for my son for weeks. I drove two hours because they had the lowest prices. I was skeptical and thought I would drive the distance and then there would be a bunch of hidden drove two hours because they had the lowest prices. Mike Routt told me that’s not how he does business and I was really taken back when everything was just as he said it would be. He and Bryan Smith actually gave me a better deal than we had discussed on the phone. I was actually pretty belligerent with Bryan because I swore I was right and I now know I wasn’t. He gave me an option that actually saved me thousands. The process was quick and easy and it may have been the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. When it was time to leave I seen what kind of guy Mike really was. We had kept him past quitting time and we were going to head home. Mike came out and he and my son sat in the car as Mike took the time to show him all of the cool features and helped him set up his radio. My son was overjoyed and I could tell that Mike was just as excited to show him all the bells and whistles. He stayed at least 45 minutes after they were closed. I have bought a lot of cars and never have I had someone stay and go over anything with me Exspecially after the deal was done. The two hour drive was definitely worth it. I would really like to buy local and give them opportunities but when it all comes down to it I have to do what’s best for us and the benefits of the drive are definitely worth it. More
