Honest people. Great prices I was looking for a specific vehicle. After feeling unenthused about the few choices near me, I broadened my search radius and discovered Mike Murphy I was looking for a specific vehicle. After feeling unenthused about the few choices near me, I broadened my search radius and discovered Mike Murphy Ford. They had multiple examples of the vehicle I'd been searching for with low mileage and very reasonable prices compared to my local market. I emailed the dealer with an inquiry and got a response in about 10 minutes. I explained to the salesman that I lived several hours away (in another state), but that I was very interested in a couple of vehicles. The salesman was very forthcoming with information about the vehicles, including vehicle history reports. He took the initiative to send me photos of some minor scratches to accurately show me the vehicle condition and even made sure the interior had no signs of cigarette smoke by a previous owner as my spouse is very sensitive to that. He did everything that he could to give me an honest idea of the condition of the vehicle to avoid me making a lengthy drive and being upset or disappointed upon arrival. I'm very appreciative that he had no interest in wasting my time. Upon arrival at the dealer, the salesman that had been so helpful over the phone continued his no nonsense, low pressure method by going over the vehicle, taking it for a short test drive, and answering any questions that I had. If he didn't know the answer, he found the correct information for me instead of making something up. My purchase experience was unique being from out of state, and even though it's not something they deal with every day, the staff at Mike Murphy Ford really impressed me with their professionalism and no-nonsense approach. My brother was with me at the time of purchase and couldn't believe how much better my experience was than his recent experience at a different dealer. Good vehicles, competitive prices, honest people, and no games. What more could you ask for? More

We took advantage of several Ford and personal discounts, i.e., Ford military veteran discount, 3 Ford rebates plus Ford Financing rebate which Mike Murphy and his staff helped us use. Also learned Mike Murphy is very clear and concise with extended warrantees, which we purchased for the first time ever. Nick Reece demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable and efficient in his job and helped us get approved for some good discounts which we were seeking. He knew we were coming in because we had called and had the F150 all ready to test drive and greeted us as we walked in the door. Absolutely no waiting. We'll be back and will recommend Mike Murphy Ford, even to our 4 children who are all in their 20's and will probably be making their 1st new car purchases in the future. Todd Brekke took care of our financing and other paperwork in a very timely, efficient manner and had good informative answers for all our questions. The entire purchase was complete and we drove the truck home in a short afternoon visit after lunch, about 2.5 hours, lock, stock and barrel. And we got to talk with Mike Murphy too. FIVE STARS!!! More

The was no need to try and talk them down because the price was already phenomenal. Our salesperson, Nick, was by far the best salesman we've had in the past month of looking for cars. He was fun to work with, very honest, and did his best to get us the best deal possible. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs! 5/5 stars! More
