The whole experience was fairly easy. Nick was great - he listened to what we wanted/needed in a new vehicle and didn't waste our time trying to show ones that didn't fit out needs. Johnny in finance was also good - since we paid cash he didn't have to go over too much. The only downside for the morning was the long wait for an appraisal on the trade-in. Had we known it would have taken an hour we would have left for lunch an returned.....all in all, we are satisfied and will consider Mac Haik next time we are in the market for a car. More
