Nick and his team have gone above and beyond for me since 2018. Tony & Bill G were fantastic. Bill made the deal very easy. Quick and straight to the point. Tony took his time to go over all the features and benefits the vehicle has to offer. He helped set up the Bluetooth, Uconnect, and the Jeep app. I would definitely purchase again as long as I can work with Tony and Bill. More

I have had the same engine problem since September with the car being in and out of service 11 times from September to March. The engine was finally replaced in December and I drove the car for about a m the car being in and out of service 11 times from September to March. The engine was finally replaced in December and I drove the car for about a month and prior engine problems began again. Car has been back twice more for same problem. Service advisor and manager have called in Chrysler rep three times for advice bot problem persists. I have lost all confidence in the vehicle More

I dropped my car off and never heard back from the I dropped my car off and never heard back from the dealership. I had to call repeatedly and eventually talked to service manager. Essentially they in I dropped my car off and never heard back from the dealership. I had to call repeatedly and eventually talked to service manager. Essentially they insisted they called a number with a full mailbox (not mine) and it was my problem that this occurred. They also informed me the text system goes into a "general mailbox" therefore they weren't responsible for responding through that (I texted asking when it will be done). Needless to say I had them stop working on vehicle and picked it up the next day. Very inconvenient. More
