We went in for our first oil change - took our jeep right away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly! The only issue was that we just had the jeep washed and it was away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly! Year later and still impressed I purchased a brand new 2019 truck on 7/31/19. I had a major issue with taking delivery. It was pretty bad. My issue was with the GM at the time. The I purchased a brand new 2019 truck on 7/31/19. I had a major issue with taking delivery. It was pretty bad. My issue was with the GM at the time. The owner got involved. I thought he was just being nice to get me to take the truck. He made a lot of verbal promises and I was very skeptical at the time. A whole year later I needed to update my review to what reflects my actual experience with this dealership. I can confirm the owner is a man of his word. He has honored everyone of his verbal promises. Since buying my truck I have been back to the dealer for service about 4 times. Every time I go there it's better than the last one. The service manager is Nick Santora and he is great. He pays attention to detail and listens to my concerns. He has always taken care of any issue I have had. If he is not there his team has NEVER dropped the ball. I even had a small issue with a rental car company down the street (unrelated). Nick asked "hey why are you still here" I explained the issue and he set me up with a nicer rental in less than 5 minutes. Nick has made me feel like a VIP. He goes out of his way to make sure I am happy. I have seen the owner in passing and he goes out of his way to wave and say hello to me. I think people are quick to tell the world of their bad experiences but not enough people update their reviews if circumstances have changed. I can truly say they turned a bad experience into several positive experiences. More
