My car was taken in on Wednesday. As I was there waiting on my loaner my advisor Nicholas handed me some paperwork to sign and with in a minute h was telling me to sign the bottom. I nodded my head and continued reading all the things they wanted me to inissue, as he repeated you can sign on the bottom. As I was finalizing everything he stated no smoking in the car. I thought that was weird considering there were 4 other boxes he didn't feel to mention that needed issues as well. Then he never contacted me after I left a couple of messages saying all I wanted to know was the progress of my vehicle. He finally called me back after speaking with his manager Saturday. Just all around was not happy with the way I was treated or serviced. I will not be going back to this place for nothing else. More

Brought in my vehicle for what I thought was a window regulator and turned out to be a sticking window seal from excess car wash wax. Not only was there no charge, but they washed and cleaned my vehicle regulator and turned out to be a sticking window seal from excess car wash wax. Not only was there no charge, but they washed and cleaned my vehicle as well. My advisor was Elmin Jonuz who could not have been more professional and informative. Pleasant, efficient, effective. Listen and take notes. Expensive,but i do own a BMW, not a KIA. I returned for a minor reason PEDRO was sitting at the Magic Bar. I had a few questions about the workings of my 3401X manual transmission. Pedro went out of his way to explain some technical details and then took a test drive to demonstrate the issues until I was a much more knowledgeable driver. Brian Frye was previously that kind of contact. Nick sullivan just hasn't had a chance and I haven't had a need for that kind of help. But Pedro has great potential as an employee: he listens, takes responsibility and action to deal with the customer's issue. Give him a raise ! If i did not already have a similar relationship with John Dibitetto I would purchase a car from Pedro. There it is, RELATIONSHIPS. feeling listened to, heard, valued.
