There was no leaving us to wait while he "talked to a manager". There was no pressure to by accessories or extended warranties. In my experiences, Nick and Valley Honda Sales and Service Departments treat their customers with respect and act with honesty and integrity. The dealership is employee owned and I think that may be the difference. More
