I picked up my beautiful CRV hybrid last night and he walked me through every detail. I will get all my service done at Valley as well. I feel they've got my back for the lifetime of my car. I have purchased many cars from Valley Honda, but never have I felt more comfortable during my visit than with Nick. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, and ALL of my questions and concerns were answered. Nick bent over backwards to help me, and went way out of his way to provide me with a fantastic vehicle (2022 Honda Passport), at a very fair price. Nick was friendly, and empathetic to my needs. Always helpful, accommodating and courteous, he goes the extra mile with incessant energy with the aim of pleasing his customer in ways that have long been lost in the wider American car retailing scene. I always ask for him whenever I go car shopping at Valley Honda in Naperville/Aurora and it's never a disappointment. Although I aways ask for him, I have to add that Valley Honda itself is clearly a place where Nick's style is appreciated and encouraged and it's clear that other customer's are getting similar treatment. But for me, I'll "Stick with Nick!" More
