My husband and I immediately liked John Griffin when we arrived at Valley Honda. John is "old school" when it comes to interacting with customers...he is polite, professional, attentive, detailed, thoroug arrived at Valley Honda. John is "old school" when it comes to interacting with customers...he is polite, professional, attentive, detailed, thorough and always kept us informed. We basically came to Valley Honda to end the lease on our Accord and lease a new CR-V, however, we decided to purchase the Accord and lease a CR-V. The transition from lease to purchase was flawless, and with the pandemic we did not expect to see the CR-V for months. However, in less than two months, we were notified the car was being built and we were called a week or so later to tell us it arrived at the dealership. The CR-V was immaculate. We went for a test drive and John explained features prior to the test drive, during and after. He was very knowledgeable, so it did not take long. John is the best when it comes to follow-up and follow-through…Valley Honda should be proud to have him as part of their team. Thank you! More
