I had the best car buying experience! I cannot say enough about how great Nick Theodor is! I have had a really horrible experience the last time I bought a car at a different car dealership. I was nervous about how great Nick Theodor is! I have had a really horrible experience the last time I bought a car at a different car dealership. I was nervous as car buying can be such a big investment. Nick was nothing short of amazing! He listened to my needs and did not try to sell me anything that was above my stated means. He managed to find the most perfect car for my specific needs at my specific budget. I had to wait for my husband to get off work to meet me there. Nick was so patient. He even gave me a tour of the dealership! Let me tell you... Valley Honda is pristine! I have never seen such a well organized and clean service center. They also had a waiting area more like a waiting lounge with comfortable seating, a kids room, an array of vending machines and my personal favorite complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea! Once it was time for finances to be finalized, Nick sent me over to Jim! He was just as wonderful! He took the time to go over ever detail with me and if I had any additional questions waited to precede forward until I let him know I understood. I am beyond happy and have a whole new outlook on car buying. I will definitely be recommending anyone I know that’s in the market for a car to Valley Honda! More

Our salesman was Nick Theodore, very friendly and showed great concern for our total shopping experience. We also worked with the sales manager Kevin Frank who showed the same concern as Nick. When we went into the business managers office we were greeted by Mari Frank who showed us the same concern as the last two employees. The employees of this dealership show how much class they have from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It is easy to see how Valley Honda has become the best dealership in the midwest. Oh, did I mention that I got a great deal on our new Accord Hybrid?!?! More
